The purchaser, for purchases made by mail order from a catalog, and therefore now also comparable to online purchases, has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The withdrawal notice must be sent by registered letter with return receipt to the following address: Calzificio figli di G. Vitrano snc, via Ingegneros 52, 90146 Palermo.
The withdrawal notice may also be sent by telegram or by email, provided that it is confirmed by a further registered letter within the following 48 hours.
In the event of withdrawal, the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the purchaser. The returned goods, specifically the socks, must be in their original packaging and unworn.

The European Commission provides consumers with the possibility to resolve disputes online pursuant to Art. 14 para. 1 of the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) through one of its platforms. The platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) serves as a place where consumers can attempt to reach out-of-court settlements for disputes arising from online purchases and service contracts.
