1. General contract conditions

This is a distance contract pursuant to Article 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code). The contract concerns the sale of goods, Socks of our own production.

2. Terms of sale

The purchase of the available socks, as illustrated and described online in the relevant descriptive and technical sheets, is carried out by the customer at the price indicated on the website, which includes VAT.

3. Payment methods

Three payment methods are available: PayPal (with PayPal account or credit card) and bank transfer.
It will be possible to choose the preferred option after completing the purchase.

4. Product delivery

The purchased socks will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer. It is advisable to provide a telephone number for any communications. The customer is required to check that the package is intact and not damaged. Only after this verification should the delivery be accepted.

If the package shows visible anomalies, the customer must report the issue directly to the delivery person, accepting the package in writing with reservation of inspection, which will be signed by the delivery person as receipt and confirmation of the anomalies found. In case of refusal to sign, the customer will refuse the package.
